Bride to Keep by Alta Hensley & Maggie Ryan

Review by Amy W. O. M. F-ing G!!!! Alta Hensley and Maggie Ryan have written an intense and emotional dark reverse harem romance. Bride to Keep was not what I was expecting. I was prepared for the overwhelming sexual chemistry, but the emotionally and powerfully told story was more than I was ready for. "So you fuckers kidnapped me to be a housekeeper? A cook? You kidnapped your sister a friend? Are you fucking kidding me?" Boom! That line right there sums up the jest of blurb and shows Monet's personality perfectly. I love her confrontational take no crap attitude. She doesn't give the O'Shea brothers what they want just because of who they are. Nope, she makes them work for it. But she has to work too. This is a story that when you get to the heart of it, is all about family and love. I loved Monet and the O'Shea brothers, but Alana was my favorite. She was the glue that held them together before they realized what they felt for each other. She made them a family. The more animalistic they behaved, the more I seemed drawn to them. To each one of them. Each one of them I craved. Not one. Four. I went into this expecting a super hot reverse harem romance, lots of dirty and consuming sex. I got a whole lot more than I bargained for. There were steamy scenes, (can we say woodshed or hot spring?) but there was also laughter and tears. Grab the Kleenex, your emotions are going to be put through the ringer. **ARC provided by author for honest review**
