Daddy's World by Ava Sinclair
Review by Allyson I enjoyed Daddy's World by Ava Sinclair so much that I felt it should have been a tad longer. Ava Sinclair really knows how to take the reader out of reality and place them in a world full of angsty-drama, taboo type scenes filled with emotions that by the time the story is ended, your wondering where's the rest?! Daddy's World is a futuristic setting making for a great and unique read. Senator Roman Daley wants change in New Bethel and his new Ward might just do the trick. Kit, leader of the Warrens, is captured and brought forth. She has never known what sadness, childlike tendencies and love is until Roman shows her the way... the ways a Daddy should. "I feel reborn as someone new, rocked gently in the loving arms of the man I know will protect me." Emotions run high and fast between Roman and Kit. I believe Ava could defiantly have added more material to the story, it felt 'hanging' at the end, like I was missing something. I wished to see Kit ingrain herself into New Bethel, meeting friends, her emotions, her journey with Roman from child to woman... list could go on. However, with all that said, it was an entertaining, fast-pace, easy read to get lost in. **ARC provided by the author in exchange for an honest review**
