Save the Date by Carrie Aarons
Review by Elizabeth Hell Yes!! Who loves romance? Best friends to lovers? Humor? Comedy? Standalones?? If so, I highly suggest you read Save the Date by Carrie Aarons. I laughed so much at the banter between Reese and Erin. Erin tries so hard to withstand Reese hitting on her. She is sour when it comes to love due to her parents divorcing after decades of marriage and watching her mother take it hard. When Reese moves back home, he brings up an agreement they made when they were fifteen years old. Marry one another if they are not married by the age of thirty. Both of their thirtieth birthdays are coming up and neither are married. Reese wants to tie the knot with his best friend but is there chemistry?? Love?? We know there is love because they are best friends! What best friends do not love each other? Yes, it could be brotherly love on Erin’s end. We know its not sisterly on Reese’s end. These two are the perfect couple and it takes time for Erin to realize that. I wish there was more to their story because I was not ready for this book to end. **ARC provided by author for honest review**
