The Best Friend by K. Larsen

Review by Amy W. So ummm, why have I not read K. Larsen until now??? I was super intrigued by the blurb for The Best Friend and excited to read an author that I had heard was one I needed to add to my TBR list ASAP. All I can say is I was not expecting that!! Knowing I'm going to die makes me wonder, how do you measure a life? Most days of a life are unremarkable. They start and end with no true memory made. Most days have no lasting impact. There really is no way to tell about this book without giving something away. This is truly one that you need to read to understand and get the most out of it. From the first page you are thrown into the story and wondering what is going to happen next and just what the hell is going on. It was a bit hard at times to figure out the timeline switches, but other than that this was a fully engrossing read. If you like dark and suspenseful with a touch of twisty then this one is for you. **ARC provided for honest review**
