Fling Club by Tara Brown
Review by Amy W. Fling Club by Tara Brown is a revenge plot turned love story. Cherry spends her summers in the Hamptons enjoying the benefits of Fling Club. This year romance is not in the air. Cherry is set on getting her revenge on the Fling Club founder who cheated on her with her ex. Enter Ashley. He needs the money that Cherry is offering, making him perfect for her revenge plan. Living the high life is a bonus. Everything seems to be falling into place, until attraction threatens to derail Cherry's hard work. From the blurb this had promise to be a fun, witty love story a la the eighties movie Can't Buy Me Love but with revenge added in. While reading however it was quick to see that this was the same story that I've read many times. The characters were not as engaging to me as I thought they would be and the laughs were few. This isn't a bad read, but it's not great. It's just okay. If you have the time and it sounds good to you, I would definitely give it a go. **ARC provided for honest review**
