Rose is shipped off to New York by her father to live with her Aunt Kate and to work at a magazine. Being a spoiled brat who is used to just doing what she wants and spending her father’s money, she never had any intentions of getting a job until she is forced to do so. Alex has been hurt in the past by the woman he thought loved him. When he meets Rose he thinks she is just like his soon to be ex-wife, a spoiled brat all about the money. Right from the start Rose and Alex hate each other. She thinks he is an arrogant dick and he thinks she is a spoiled brat. Granted she is a spoiled brat. As the story progresses you see just how much they mean to one another even though they argue and fight like cats and dogs. They have this attraction that neither one want to admit but you can tell it is there. It makes for some good laughs. You will without a doubt enjoy this book from beginning to end. I wish there could be more of Alex and Rose! **ARC provided for honest review**
