Molly's Man by Laylah Roberts
Review by Heather Molly’s Man by Laylah Roberts is a part of the Haven, Texasseries and will have you yearning for more by the end. Molly has known since she was a little girl that she would die young; after all her grandmother and her mother both died in their 30s from breast cancer. So, it isn’t a surprise really when Molly finds a lump and is told it is cancer. She decides that it is time to quit her job and start on that bucket list. First stop: Haven, TX. She wants to experience life in the short time she has left and the stories of Haven she heard from former patient and friend, Savannah, sound like just what she needs. A little spanking, a little bondage, a little fun. She also might be a little naive about the BDSM life-style. Jake is the sheriff and takes the responsibility of law and order and the safety of the citizens of Haven, TX seriously. Maybe too seriously. Ever since Rebecca died, he has not been able to really relax or make a connection with any woman. So, when Molly shows up, he really has his hands full. He thinks he can control the relationship and keep it to just “training,” but can he really? Molly is keeping her future a secret; Jake is keeping his past a secret. Can they each get out of their own way to enjoy the time they have together? I really enjoyed Molly’s Man and definitely recommend this book if you are looking for a fun and sexy read. This was Book 4, so I need to find 1-3 and am really looking forward to 5 (Hope it is Saxon’s story.) **ARC provided for an honest review**
