Center of Gravity by K.K. Allen

Review by Nancy Center of Gravity was an absolutely captivating and breathtakingly beautiful story. It’s an epic book about a forbidden romance centered around dance. I fell in love with K.K Allen’s words. This book is perfection! Lex is a phenomenal dancer trying to make it in a competitive field. A little naive but extremely talented. For as long as she could remember, she looked up to Theo, a well known choreographer, until her first encounter with him. He might be perfect in the looks department but he came off as a complete jerk. When she gets the opportunity she had been wishing for, she is absolutely thrilled until she realizes it means working with the jerk himself. Theo is one of those characters you immediately fall in love with. A very talented choreographer, he is hired to do a job that he soon falls behind on. Theo despite his talent has been struggling in his personal life. The moment he spots the newbie trying out for a spot on his show, he brushes her off. And then he watches her dance. He is immediately enamored, and for that reason alone he wants her gone. What happens when two very talented dancers join forces? They are magical, absolutely breathtaking. There was no denying the attraction coursing between Theo and Lex. Working together only emphasized how right they were for each other but, in a cut throat world, Theo could be her destruction. He was the one man who could make or break her. This book had it all! There was just enough drama to keep it interesting. There was also jealousy, angst, sweetness (Theo was so swoon worthy!), and competitiveness. But more importantly, there was a perfect love connection between two people who deserved their HEA. K.K Allen honestly did wonders with this book! I could see the dance routines. It was almost like watching a movie and then she links videos! I was immersed in this book. It is a complete page turner. I can not praise this author enough. One of my favorite books this year! A must read! **ARC provided by the author for an honest review**
