All My Truths & One Lie by Fabiola Francisco

Review by Nancy An emotional roller coaster, All My Truths & One Lie is a great story that left me with a lot to sit with. Fabiola Francisco is an amazing storyteller, she gave us a captivating story about finding your twin flame and discovering self-love. Navia and Matthias are two broken people that find love in each other. Their love story is different than what I’m used to. We see a lot of growth in Navia. There is also a lot of each person finding themselves as they try to be in a relationship together. I do wish Francisco would have given us some more Matthias. The book largely follows Navia and her journey to self-discovery while trying to escaping from the demons in her past and opening up to the possibility of finding true love. We don’t get a lot of character development for Matthias and what he is running from. Aside from wanting more Matthias, I loved the connection the two characters shared. It was deep, raw and real. This book was a little slow for my taste but the emotions were all there. I felt for Navia and Matthias as I got deeper into the story. Francisco really has a way with words. As the author states in her description of the book, a lot of this story was personal. I feel like she did herself and these characters justice. I will definitely be looking out for any future books from the author! **ARC provided by the author for an honest review**
