Nanny and the BRATVA BOSS by S.C. Daiko
Review by Elizabeth S.C. Daiko’s name has been on my ‘authors to read’ list for a while now so I figured why not start with Nanny and the Bratva Boss since I love mafia romances. Taras is a closed off man that makes very little time for his daughter. Taras is a mystery but as the story progresses you learn more about him and why he is the way he is. Next, we have Zoe that comes from England to become the nanny for his daughter, Emma. From the start, Zoe has questions about Taras’ past and why he is the way he is toward his daughter. Emma, on the other hand, is just sweet as candy. So, here lies the problem with me .. it was forced and rushed. When I say, forced, I mean that it seemed the chemistry between Taras and Zoe was forced. When I say, rushed, I mean that the story progresses far too fast. They seemed to have very little in common other than music and lust. I would ask that you read other reviews on this before making a final decision on whether or not you want to read this book. Just because I was not a fan does not mean you should not read this book. S.C. Daiko has other works that have caught my eye and I will be reading those.
