Serafina (Blaire's World) by Skye Callahan & Anita Gray

Review by Allyson “I know the seduction game, this isn’t it. This isn’t a game. This is electrifying. Consuming. Confusing.” I would say Serafina is the most different out of all the books but by far one of the most intriguing storylines. I really enjoyed this story immensely (Spoiler: .5 off for not truly understanding her back issues. Did it come from her training from her father? Or Jorge? Or is it a medical condition? It wasn’t ever specified.) Something about it just draws you into Sera’s background and just the way she is. The writing is spectacular and yes, it has dark elements but the author really conveys that even though it’s not readily mentioned through themes. Through the darkness, there is a brightness that lights the way and within Serafina its conveyed. ***ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.***
