May the Best Man Win by B.J. Bentley

Review by Lisa This has to be one of the funniest books I have read this year. The banter and the off the wall references are top notch. Yet, this story has a sweet side to it that will make you swoon and fall in love repeatedly. Oh, don't forget the drama that happens that pulls this story together. B. J. Bentley has outdone herself with this story. As a fairly new to me author, (third one I have read), I am going to head back to her backlist now!!! The writing is so good that you just breeze right through the pages. You could also be turning the pages because of the amazing storyline. Sophie and Damon are at her sister's wedding/his best friend. As they are the maid of honor and best man, spending time with each other that day proves to be hard. Sparks are fly and jump off the pages and assumptions are made regarding each other, some good and some definitely bad. Damon has one thing on his mind: to break through Sophie's walls and prove he is not the man she thinks he is. Sophie thinks she knows what type of man Damon is but when things start being revealed can she keep her armor up? Oh did I mention the science fair? No, then you have to read it!!!!! And let me tell you the ending that had me giving this the 5 stars is just amazing. Those last few chapters with all the point of views just cinched this to the 5 stars spot for me. LOVED IT!!! Well written with fun, drama, life, family and so much more!!! ***ARC received in exchange for an honest review***
