Review by Lisa You know you loved a book when the first thing you do when you finish it is pm the author and say "Morning, I know Conquest is not even out yet, BUT when can I get the second book? I enjoy reading paranormal but there was something about this story that I just loved. Conquest is book one in the Seven Seals series by Ember-Raine Winters and it is absolutely amazing. There is so much to this story that crosses itself over and just works and unfolds perfectly. I did not want this story to end and am so ready for the next in the series because that ending was great!!! This paranormal read is Intense, steamy, smokin' and intriguing. It's heaven and hell, mates, fate and so so much more. It's so well written that I cruised right through the pages. Up and down and back and forth to the interconnections--well done!!! Connel is a businessman at the top of his world but when things start to happen, he realizes he is meant to cause the end of the world. What could go wrong? Breena failed her mission and lost her sister to it and now has one mission: to take down the horseman. But what happens when she is fated to mate with said horseman? I absolutely enjoyed reading this story. ***ARC received in exchange for an honest review***
