Review by: Alysia Angels and Whiskey by Kimberly Knight was a great read! I went into this not knowing how Kimberly Knight writes, and I thoroughly enjoyed Angels & Whiskey. I also really liked the reasoning behind the title. Autumn married a man that she thought would make her dreams come true. Yet when the honeymoon was over, so did all her dreams. She found the hard way he was a controlling and evil man. He had very deep pockets and had people watching her every move. Gabe lost his love while in the military. He never thought he would find love again until he runs into autumn at the local Starbucks while she is on her daily outing that she is allowed. When Gabe and Autumn meet she tries her best to keep away from him but he is awestruck with her and won't let her get away that easily. Will Gabe help her away from her abusive husband, Richard, or will they split ways before things get complicated. One way will end in true love the other way is easier for one than the other. Angels and Whiskey is a love story but has action and humor as well. I can't wait for the next one, Lace and Tequila!
