I loved every single one of Natalie Bennett’s books I have read. What blows my mind is that brain of hers. Each character of hers is twisted in their unique way. There is no comparison between her books. Technically they should each have their shelf in the library. In this series, there are twists, turns, loop the loop, inverted, and turned upside-down moments. And then she adds in a dash of the dark, bloody, deadly into the mix and you get perfection. In Sick Remedies (Pretty Lies, Ugly Truths 2) we get down in the nitty-gritty of who Nova is and who Rhett is. And Nova is freaking scary. End of story. She is the sleeper cell that no one expects. This is Natural Born Killers staring Rhett and Nova. If you love dark, twisted, crazy books that take you out of your everyday life. Then pick up this series. You will freaking love it.
