Chasing Melody by Erin Cristofoli

Review by Meaghan Chasing Melody is a single father, rockstar romance written by Erin Cristofoli. This book contains plenty of steam and also some sweet scenes where 3-year-old Ivy steals the show. Elle is so desperate for a job that she would consider almost anything. A job interview with a friend of a friend turns into a whirlwind bus tour around Canada and the US. She meets a gorgeous and loveable little girl and her moody Rockstar father and joins them on tour as the nanny. Chase hates to ask for help so when his manager hires Elle to come on tour with them and help look after his daughter Ivy, he is less than impressed. Despite Ivy’s instant love for Elle, he has his reservations about her intentions and tries to keep her at arm’s length. There is an instant attraction between the two, but neither wants to admit it to the other. Once they give in to it, their relationship takes off, at least until the paparazzi catches wind of the budding romance. Elle is thrust into the world of tabloid gossip and has her doubts about whether she can be a part of that world. This is one of those books that you could easily sit and read in one go. It is wonderfully written, and the characters are so easy to love, I just wanted to keep reading to find out if their relationship could overcome the challenges thrown at them. I absolutely loved this book and am looking forward to reading more of Erin’s work. **ARC provided for an honest review**
