Cannon (Cerberus MC, #12) by Marie James

Review by Angelique In the 12th book of the Cerberus MC Club series, we meet the gang who we have come to love (and sometimes want to slap) Ever met that college guy who jokes and wears the shirt with a real eye-rolling and cringe-worthy slogan on the front of his shirt? The sexy one with the silly pickup lines and that feels like committing to one woman for the rest of his life isn't for him? That is the textbook description of who Cannon is. He's cocky and funny and he is pretty confident that he can get any woman he wants. Then there's Rivet, she's the newest edition to the Cerberus MC Club and not at all what you'd expect. After a very embarrassing first meeting between Cannon and Rivet which ends with Cannon flat on his butt in front of all his friends, he is sure to not cross the blonde Marine again. Or so he thinks. Rivet is eager and honored to be the first female member of the club but doesn't take lightly to being takes for a fool, much less an easy fool by the shaggy blonde guy who does not in any way reflect a history with the Marines. Months later and after an eventful night on Rivet's part, things start changing. Cannon used to think that he would never be the settle down type or the relationship type, at least not more than a few repeated nights, but here he is, realizing this woman is far more than meets the eye. Should he reveal who he is or remain behind his joking persona? I fall asleep with her taste on my lips and a million possibilities on my mind. Their story deserves five-ass-kicking-stars! **ARC received in exchange for an honest review***
