Back to Shore (Meade Lake, #1)
Review by Elizabeth Shattered. Taylor shattered my heart in a million pieces as usual but she picked those pieces back up and put my heart back together again. Gear up for a major cryfest with Back to Shore so be sure to have those tissues handy!! I cried like a baby. Holy. Mackerel. I have no words on how to even begin to write this review. I have been a fan of Taylor’s for a long while now and she never ceases to amaze me with her wordy creations. Taylor has for sure left me speechless with this creation though and I am not used to that! However, I’ll give this a shot. Mila and Ryder have a history that is not all sunshine and rainbows. It is anything but sunshine and rainbows. If you read the blurb then you know. But, Mila cannot help the way she feels for Ryder even after all these years yet most of all what she needs, they need, is closure and forgiveness. Is that really easy to achieve though after everything that has happened? Back to Shore is not just about the chemistry Mila and Ryder have, it's about forgiveness and finding happiness. This is just one of those books where you cannot really dive into the jist of it without giving something, if not everything, away. I can tell you that it is worth every click it gets. If you are looking for an emotional kicker that will make you cry and rip your heart out, this is just for you. Taylor delivers an amazing book that leaves you with the ultimate book hangover. *ARC given in exchange for an honest review*
