Junkie by J. D. Hollyfield is one of the many books that have or will be released in the Driven World, by K. Bromberg. And I am absolutely loving reading these books that link into the Driven World. Fast-paced, race car drivers, angst, drama, and more, is what you get in Junkie.

Sometimes in books its a slow build till you get the gritty stuff. But Junkie starts off with an explosion and is off running from there.

Luna and Cash are both adrenaline junkies for fast cars. But not from the same side of the track. And when their worlds collide with each it is nothing but fast-paced shifting from there. So when speed is your choice of drug, that can only mean one thing. Live life at a fast pace and worry about the other stuff later. but life has different plans. Both Luna and Cash have pasts, that no matter how fast your moving will catch up to you.

As mentioned above this story is part of the driven world, you do not need to read the original driver series by K. Bromberg to love this story. But I do highly recommend it.

A standalone in on its own and I enjoyed reading every minute of it.
